Refunds

If you need a refund for any reason, email info@firehousefundamentals.com and tell us why, and we'll follow up.

Send it from the email address on your account and name the guide or bundle you bought.

• The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, our payment processor.
• When a refund is issued, access to that guide ends. For a bundle, access to every guide in it ends.
• Your bank decides how long the money takes to show on your statement; it is often 5 to 10 business days.
